Store Policies

RETURN POLICY:
This store offers the following Returns Policy: We stand behind our products here at Payne's Tool & Supply. If you receive a product that is not what you expected, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. You may email us at sales@paynestoolandsupply.com or call Toll Free at 877-544-9134 (M-F 8-4:30p.m. EST). 

We will do what is necessary to make it right. We will exchange it, credit your account for a future purchase or refund your money by the method paid. You have 30 days from receipt of the merchandise to return anything from the online catalog, in salable condition, for full credit, minus shipping & handling and return postage. Salable Condition means the item must be in the original package.(If clothing, tags must be on item, and item must not be worn or washed.) Also, you must have invoice to return the item and include the invoice when returning. After 30 days a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from any credit issued. 

**Returns will not be accepted on: 
    1. Drop Shipments 
    2. Special orders or non stock products 
    3. After 90 days from receipt of your merchandise 
    4. Any clothing without original tags or has been worn or washed 

*If a product is defective, we will issue a credit or send you a replacement and pay for shipping the defective merchandise back to us and the replacement to you. 

Shipping & Handling

SHIPPING

We will do what is possible to provide you with the most economical delivery.

  • Each order requires a Packing and Delivery Charge (see table below).
  • In the 48 contiguous states: We ship via UPS.
  • Please inspect your order and call us immediately if you have any questions or notice any damage.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands

  • See the Packing and Delivery Charge below. Some large items cannot be shipped to these addresses.

APO, FPO Shipments

  • See the Packing and Delivery Charge table below. Some large items cannot be shipped to these addresses.

International Orders

We welcome orders from around the world (see the Packing and Delivery Charge table below). All orders are shipped complete unless prior arrangements are made through our sales staff. Machinery shipments require a quote. Duties and taxes are separate charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. All shipments include invoices and NAFTA Certificates where applicable.
